I am the Owner and Broker of Ray Cook Realty LLC. My background is in Marketing and Advertising in which I worked for 12 years at a marketing subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest media companies in North America. There I served in purchasing management, negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, managed multi million dollar projects and led a high performance team in a high volume work environment.
In 2002 I decided to follow my passion for Real Estate in which I was involved on the investment side. I have been recognized for both outstanding sales performance and top customer service performance. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a A certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist. My office is located in Indian Shores, Florida. I am a long time beach resident of two decades and I live in North Redington Beach with my wife and two children.
